Basement Flash Flood
The Seed Fire and Flood team were called in to strip out an internal basement comprising of kitchen / diner, utility room and office in a prestigious 3 storey house in London. The water damage was caused from a flash flood that burst through the external manhole covers and spilled over into the basement rooms. We have already removed the fitted kitchen, skirtings and architraves and wood flooring ready for reassessment prior to drying the property out, before planning the full reinstatement.
