Basement Restoration Following Severe Flood Damage to Prestigious Period House
The Seed Fire and Flood team posted this job in September, where we had been required to strip out the basement rooms of a prestigious three storey house in London. Unfortunately, once the original strip was complete, flood water was found under the screed and in the insulation, which all then had required to be removed. This was undertaken within a couple of days to allow other contractors working on the project to dry the property and sanitise it thoroughly. Seed have received the drying certificate from the approved contractor and have started to rebuild the basement rooms with the intentions to have the home owners back to enjoy their Christmas in their refurbished home.
